tolorate any form of delay in clearing your funds as we would
not be held liable for any form of divertion due to the high
level of scam. I will advise that you process the transfer of

was inaugurated to ascertain the genuiness of the petition and
to recommend a final solution to this effect.

contract/inheritance fund and shall transfer your payment upon
receiving your confirmation.

oficer or via our Payment Bank ADB Securities here in Ghana .On
receipt of your prompt response to this effect,Your ATM card
would be loaded with the value of your total sum and same shall
be sent to you by Courier delivery. As soon as you receive the
ATM card activation will be done by the Pincode and password you
have received in this email notification.

The Minister of Finance of all the Economic community of West
African States(ECOWAS) , wants you to liase with me for
immediate release of your fund and forward your Details to my
office to avoid transfer mistake.
NOTE: We have mounted our security network to monitor every
in-coming call , if we still find out that you are still dealing
with all those fraudsters that have been frustrating , I shall
stop and cancel your payment immediately .
